About Executive Catering & Ryan Kennedy

Ryan Kennedy is the owner/operator of Executive Catering. Born and raised in Cape May, New Jersey, Ryan attended The Culinary School at Atlantic Cape Community College. After graduation, Ryan performed his internship at Daniels on Broadway under acclaimed chef Harry Gleason. Starting out in the pantry station, Ryan quickly mastered every line position which ultimately led him to assume the role as Chef Gleason's Sous Chef. While Sous Chef at Daniels, Ryan shared the privilege of being featured on the food networks "The Best Of" for top 5 B.Y.O.B's in the nation. Ryan owes his strict discipline and perfectionist style in the kitchen to Chef Gleason. In addition to Daniels on Broadway, Ryan has worked in a number of local Fine Dinning restaurants along the Jersey Shore.

Ryan has had the opportunity to work in places such as Philadelphia, PA, Palm Beach, FL, and San Diego, CA for many talented chefs, hotels, restaurants, and catering facilities. Ryan quickly took an interest in the catering industry while working in California where he joined a skilled team of chefs specializing in high-end weddings, large banquets, and celebrity events. The fact that no two events ever present the same set of challenges and the excitement it brings is the drive behind Ryan's pursuit in the catering field.

Now with the launch of his own business, Ryan sets his standards high to be among the top caterers in the South Jersey community.
